In the event that Feedback Evolution is deemed liable for breach of this Agreement, you agree that our liability is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the Services.
You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Feedback Evolution as a result of your use of these Services. You agree not to hold yourself out as a representative, agent, or employee of Feedback Evolution.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
